In this job, you’ll provide technical expertise and perform complex analysis for the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Governance and Provisioning organization.
This person will partner with stakeholders across SCE (typically at the senior management and executive levels) to facilitate headcount management and complete onboarding requests and act as their key contact to resolve sophisticated functional and broad business issues related to T&D governance, staffing, and provisioning capabilities.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!
Support the development and maintenance of T&D governance and provisioning projects and operational plans.
Facilitate T&D Staffing governance, billet tracking, and reporting.
Act as T&D’s onboarding gatekeeper including job template governance.
Work with various departments, processes, systems, and information to develop recommendations and support the implementation of improvements and maintain data integrity.
Facilitate large re-organizations and bulk hiring as projects including the provisioning coordination (SAP, hardware, software, access, etc.
) with T&D Training, IT, and HR.
Perform complex analysis and process documentation for projects related to information governance, process, compliance, access management, and/or contractor oversight.
Facilitate special assignments and projects whose outcomes are time sensitive, resource intense, high value client focused, and technical.
Provide business and technical expertise to support maintenance of T&D’s people, process, compliance, and access management repository.
Facilitate bulk contractor onboarding and offboarding, including the access management (hardware, software, access, etc.
) and compliance adherence in coordination with T&D, Supply Chain, Training, IT, and HR.
The essentials
Five or more years of experience performing complex analysis or analyzing large data sets.
The preferred
Experience analyzing human capital data, onboarding and/or provisioning
Experience with process improvement or process design documentation or initiatives.
Detailed knowledge and experience with SAP and SAP role mapping.
Advanced experience with software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Visio.
Experience completing multiple projects/assignments concurrently while adjusting to changing priorities.
Experience with Casewise database management or other relational database design and maintenance.
Experience interfacing and collaborating with clients, vendors, peers, management, and other departments.
You should know
This position’s work mode is hybrid.
The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.
Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
