Individuals with previous experience in manufacturing are highly preferred, especially those with a background in chemical production.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, be dependable, and be able to follow schedules effectively.
The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Compensation:
$19 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist in manufacturing top-quality finished products alongside compounders and supervisors.
Verify that the product matches the documentation on batch slips before packaging.
Thoroughly inspect containers inside and out prior to filling.
Maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Ensure all products leaving the production area meet quality standards.
Adhere to Shepard Bros.
Inc.
standard operating procedures for marking, labeling, and filling containers.
Uphold good housekeeping practices facility-wide.
Present oneself professionally as a representative of Shepard Bros.
Inc.
at all times.
Participate in all scheduled training sessions unless absent from work.
Follow and enforce all Shepard Bros.
Inc.
policies and procedures.
Foster professional relationships with colleagues and management.
Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative working relationship with departmental managers and coworkers.
Perform any other duties within a reasonable scope of a Production Assistant role.
Qualifications:
Must possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Should demonstrate proficiency in accurately calculating and solving mathematical problems.
Must have the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Availability to work additional hours as needed is required.
Must hold a valid forklift certification and have proven experience in forklift driving.
