*Summary*: SEEK is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of .
The Admin Assistant will provide high level of administrative/staff support under the general supervision of the Program Support Coordinator.
Providing excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the organizations policies and procedures.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:
* Support multiple departments in assigned work.
* Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
* Support parents and/or clients and funding sources, such as handling a referral, follow-ups, authorizations, and adhering to customer service.
* Records and submit accurate work information on designated databases and forms by the given deadline.
* Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: scanning, faxing, mailing, filing and retrieving documents.
* Maintain awareness and knowledge of current office operational practices and methods and provide suitable interpretation to the ABA team and co-workers within the organization.
* Implement agency policies and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
* Maintain regular, consistent and professional conduct, personal appearance, and adherence to the agency’s ethical, legal, and health & safety standards.
* Support department of ABA and oversee administrative system and procedures, such as establishing, collecting, reviewing, and/or preparing service records, reports, calendars, datasheets, funding authorizations and documentations.
* Organize schedules and staffing to fulfill essential and required duties while maintaining cost-efficiency.
* Manage client records by creating new profiles, selecting proper funding source, adjusting demographic information as needed.
* Assists in reaching and exceeding department goals.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Education and / or Experience*:
* High School required.
* BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, communications and or healthcare management preferred
* Minimum 6 months employment with SEEK Education, Inc.
* At least 6 months of experience in the field of administrative and/or office operation preferred.
* At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
*Knowledge*: An individual must have knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite and principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
*Qualifications and Abilities*: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
* Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty (20) pounds.
* Administrative
* Skill of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
* Skill of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have; ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand; ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense; ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences; and ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events); and ability to lift a minimum of twenty (20) pounds.
Adaptability and flexibility is essential.

Pay: $20.
