Location: Irwindale (Remote not offered) Non-Exempt Position This role will support the service department with project set-up, project bookings and turnover processes along with administrative duties.
The projects supported by this role will involve cross-functional teams that include sales and operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in fostering teamwork within a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
Responsibilities will include: • Support successful service project set-up in software and project turnover for scheduling.
• Compile required documents for accurate and timely project bookings.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and costs to reflect accurate profit/margin/loss • Answer service phone calls as needed.
• Participation in relevant project/booking meetings.
• Develop positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Other tasks as assigned and/or developed.
Key Skills & Experience: • 1-3 years’ experience in administrative, service coordination, and/or project support • High attention to detail • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Ability to organize computer files and update documents • Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint • BS in Business Administration or related field preferred • Service/ Construction industry background is preferred Unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
