At K Pack, we seek a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Main responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
* Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
* Example: Answer/screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
* Maintain databases and filing systems;
* Perform basic bookkeeping using Quickbooks or Excel – e.
g.
, enter revenue and expenses, track account payables (including invoices, purchase orders "PO"), inventory, and account receivables in a timely manner;
* Arrange staff meetings;
* Draft and edit documents;
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes;
* Schedule appointments and update event calendars;
* Greet and assist visitors;
* Perform other support tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates, at minimum, must have the following qualities:
* Attention to details
* Honesty
* Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Word, and Excel
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Desire to meet the needs of others
* Willingness to learn and grow
*Requirements:*

Associate degree or higher
2.
Prior administrative assistance preferred
3.
Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
4.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
