LOOKING FOR A OLD DAUCHSON/WIENER DOG WITHOUT A HOME - $100 (Upland)

I'm looking for a somewhat old wiener dog with okish manners for my grandma, she has been lonely lately and I want to surprise her on her birthday.
My mom said she will only pay 100$ for one and it has to be a girl or a fixed male.
It can be any color and any size just looking for it to be over the age of 3 so my grandma doesn't outlive it.
Dog can't be aggressive and must act well around other dogs! No shots or anything required.
Please help me out to get my grandma a dog :)
