Hi there - I run a healing arts practice in a beautiful historic building in Old Town Pasadena.
I'm currently looking to sublet/share the room with another practitioner as there are full days open for its use.
Currently, I can offer full days on Monday & Tuesday, and a half day on Wednesday.
Rent will be $145 for a half day and $200 for a full day.
(So if you rented 2 half days a week per month it would be $290 and if you rented two full days weekly each month rent would be $400.
If you rented one full day per week per month it would be $200.
