Looking to Rent a Restaurant Kitchen with Ovens.
Would come during your off hours to not disturb your business.
Would even sign a contract.
Why do I need a kitchen to use? Well I am starting up a business, a bakery business to be precise.
I will be selling packaged candies, pastries and other sweets at local farmers markets and/or festivals.
I would be using your kitchen to bake items and package them on site.
Who am I? Well I am no stranger to restaurants as I have worked for a good majority of them ranging in size from Full service to quick service to fast casual.
I have opened many cafes for other companies but never opened anything of my own.
Because of this I am starting up slowly and want to see how well this would do out in the markets before I open up shop.
I am just starting out so wouldn't have much money to pay for rent but would like to rent by the hour as I would need about 1 week (about 15 hrs) of R&D to make samples, 1 week of production (20 hrs), final week of production (20 hrs).
Would I have anyone helping me? Just one person would be accompanying me prep while I am baking to help clean up while I move on from task to task.
What would I need? Use of your kitchen equipment (food processors, mixers, sheet pans, bakers racks, utensils, stove, convection oven)
Would I be bringing any equipment with me? Pending on what I am able to use.
I have a mixer, processor, pans, pots, utensils and other smallwares.
Just don't want to waste rentable time lugging equipment in and out of a restaurant.
Thank you for reading.
If you have gotten this far let's talk business.
I can even come by to meet in person and take a tour then we can discuss terms.
