*Job Description:*We are seeking an experienced Market Development Manager with a strong background in the apparel industry.
This role is crucial for strategic business development, focusing on collaboration, exhibition planning, sales team management, and customer relationship building.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with designers and supply chain specialists to align product offerings with market demands.
* Organize quarterly exhibitions to promote sales and showcase products, based on customer needs.
* Lead and manage a sales team of 2-5 members, fostering a culture of achievement and team spirit.
* Your team will be responsible for overseeing production timelines, managing customs clearance, and handling logistics-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
* Utilize strong communication skills and charisma to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
* Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt strategies for business growth.
