Job title: Service Technician
Pay Range: $24+ (flexible ceiling based on education and experience)
Job Description
Lawrence Equipment is the leading flatbread machinery manufacturer in the United States and is now accepting candidates for Industrial Service Technicians.
This position is responsible for commissioning and participating in the set-up and start-up of our production lines.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, and operational training to customers and staff on the operation and maintenance of designed equipment.

Qualification
Experienced working in maintenance in bakeries, combustions systems, bottling systems, or conveyor systems is preferred.
Experienced in servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Familiar with combustion systems is a plus
Strong competence using hand tools and schematics.
Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, analyze, layouts and apply technical information including but not limited to technical manuals.
Experience in both AC and DC electrical equipment
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of electrical diagrams.
Basic understanding of blue prints.
Experience driving forklifts (Is a plus)
Working knowledge of fundamental electronic test equipment, including multi-meters, etc.
Experience with systems controls and wiring.
( Is a plus)
Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and hydro-pneumatic systems and mechanical skills.
Willing and able to manage commissioning at field locations located in USA and internationally.
Willing to travel 50% national and internationally.
Ability to work a variety of schedules including weekends when on services.
Right to work in the US, valid passport & valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Installation of our production lines at customer facility’s
Ability to move and maneuver or production lines with pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
Diagnose, repair and replace key mechanicals, electrical, components.
Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
Writing daily reports and documentation when on service
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills**
Proficiency in the use of pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery and equipment
