Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts.
Responsibilities: • Installation of all non electrical interior/exterior components and hardware • Assist in training installers at all skill levels • Set work priorities to meet production goals as schedules • Meet all QA and QC standards for each task • Function with minimal amount of supervision • Close attention to detail • Meet standards of safety and 5S standards • Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture • Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance policy • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment): • Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English • Must be able to prioritize work • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English • Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devises • Familiar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and router • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards • Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it Education and Experience: • Two to Five (2-5) years experience in a manufacturing environment Physical Demands: Thy physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Ability to work with arms above head.
• Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
Employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particle and vibration.
