Manufacturing Machine Operator

All shifts are available for hire, and premiums are available.
First Shift: 6:00 a.
m.
to 2:30 p.
m.
Second Shift: 2:00 p.
m.
–10:30 p.
m.
+ $1/hr.
Third Shift: 10:00 p.
m.
to 6:00 a.
m.
+ $1.
50/hr Wage rises on a yearly and skill-based basis Bonuses paid out monthly based on plant productivity.
Responsibilities: Operate the thermoformer and packing equipment Assist with tooling and product changeovers Ensure continuous operation Complete required quality inspections and production reports.
Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, and safe work practices.
Maintain a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
Provide relief to other team members as needed.
Qualifications: All of the required training for Machine Operators.
Teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities.
Ability to lift 35 pounds is required.
Background as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous.
