Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tool paths and machining strategies for efficient production.
Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with stringent aerospace standards.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist, specializing in 5 axis machining.
In-depth knowledge of 5 axis machining processes, tool selection, and programming.
Ability to interpret intricate engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, complex components.
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and regulations is highly desirable.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in setting up and programming 5 axis CNC Mill machines.
Availability to work the specified shift hours, including Saturdays.
