Demolition and Framing Specialist

Responsibilities: Demolition Work: * Safely demolish waterproof membrane from walking surfaces.
* Occasionally demolish tile balconies and/or stucco walls.
* Handle debris removal.
* Work at heights, including roof decks and balconies.
Framing & Wood Blocking Work: * Reinstalling plywood where removed and adjusting for slope * Precisely measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.
* Safely working on ladders and elevated areas.
* Ensuring the structural integrity of the framework.
* Installing wood blocking in preparation for plywood, flashing and stucco repairs * Collaborating with your team to maintain project quality and safety.
Additional Responsibilities: * Lifting heavy items and hauling debris to the dump.
* Coordinating with project manager with changes prior to demolition * Document project stages with photos.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment, demolition, framing, and wood blocking.
* Physical fitness for demanding tasks.
* Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
