Performs ongoing preventive maintenance of workstations, equipment, and machinery.
Update maintenance database and documentation.
Writes and maintains equipment maintenance procedures and operating instructions.
Conducts daily routine checks thru building to ensure building and equipment are in good working conditions.
Conducts Safety Programs and Critical Processes trainings and supports documentation updates.
Ensure facility adheres to OSHA, Building Code LEED Standards while performing intermediate level building repairs, installation and audits.
Experience with Forklift/scissor lift and machine guarding, welding certification, heavy equipment.
Knowledge of AutoCad, Solid Works or similar software
Experience MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Outlook and internet research
10 hours OSHA, Fire Extinguisher, Fall Protection, Fire Sprinklers, Building Code and LEED knowledge
Three or more years related experience doing facilities repairs and installations in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, roofing, concrete and similar
