BENEFITS Medical, dental, life insurance covered by the company 401(k) retirement plan with company match Two (2) weeks vacations Ten (10) paid holidays POSITION SUMMARY To perform this job successfully, the Warehouse Clerk must support the Warehouse Manager in all phases of Warehouse activities by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Handle all paper work and data entries concerning warehouse Assist the Warehouse Manager to perform inspection of warehouse operation and report any incidents on daily bases Assist the Warehouse Manager to conduct weekly inspections and quarterly inventory count Assist the Warehouse Manager to monitor daily inventory and report any discrepancies Coordinate with Production, Procurement and other functions for goods received and returns Input daily transactions including raw materials, packing materials into warehouse’s ledger book and then input into computer system Prepare all daily inventory reports for management The pallet tag handling according to the Daily Incoming Material Report & the Pull List Update all released raw materials and production materials by inputting into the computer Inspect and request any sanitation job for the warehouse Check the quantity of each lot during receiving and ship-out.
Review the pallet tag removed form material’s pallet during ship-out.
Check in Received import and local delivery Check in return empty import containers Assign import container to 3PL Check import container off load and return status with 3PL Provide empty import container list to carrier Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Action Oriented Customer Focus Time Management SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES This position requires a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in food industry.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
LANGUAGE SKILLS The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS The individual must be able to apply mathematical concepts such as probabilities and statistical inference to forecast annual sales and budget.
The individual must apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
