Shifts Available and Hours: Monday-Friday
Days (1st) – 6:30am – 3pm
Evenings (2nd) – 2:30pm - 11pm
Nights (3rd) – 10:30pm – 7am
40 hours/week with availability for overtime
Shift Premium: 2nd shift -$2.

Job Summary: Maintenance Mechanics will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
Equipment to include, hydraulic pumps, and cylinders, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines and equipment.
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 3 years maintenance manufacturing experience including heavy equipment repair
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Reads and interprets hydraulic, schematic, basic electric, electronic and OHM laws.
Trade school certification or Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of AC & DC drives.
Basic knowledge of routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear, Rex Roth, Racine, Vickers, etc.
Knowledge of industrial electrical, including advanced electrical (three phase 460 volt and higher) design, sizing of components and installations, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Repairs and replaces defective parts, lubricates, and cleans parts
Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment
Troubleshoot basic Hydraulics, PLC, and Electrical repairs on machinery
Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections
Enter required work orders when deficiencies are found that need attention
Expected to learn new technology in the following areas: PLC/Electrical systems, Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems, Combustion’s systems, Crane/Mobile equipment systems
