We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
An emphasis on Customer Service, or Marketing preferably in the print industry.

Job Summary
Under general direction, acts as a liaison between customer, sales and manufacturing departments.
Using established guidelines and procedures, advises clients on product availability, pricing and delivery schedules.
Assists clients and production in the resolution of client concerns and complaints.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
* Partner with Sales team to preserve current / new customer base.
* Function as a focal point of contact for customers as needed.
* Leads problem resolution efforts aiming for customer satisfaction/preservation of Company's reputation.
* Establishes a communication cadence to remain in frequent contact with the customers to best understand open account actions.
* Ensures order and schedule alignment with quoted pricing, including quantity revisions and delivery reschedule in the system for the benefit of internal and external customers.
* Processes order changes, release modification /product specification communications, completes customer open order reports, manage customer portals, and performs customer forecast.
* Participate in daily meetings scheduled by planning; represent the voice of the customer.
* Coordinates and participates in annual customer assessments.
* Ensures accurate invoicing / investigates any discrepancies that may arise.
* May provide training / guidance to less experienced members of the customer service team.
* Coordinates unique, last minute requests with the warehouse team; expedites orders as necessary
Other (Non-Essential) Functions
Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title.
However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.
* Assist with coverage of additional accounts for vacations, leaves of absence, etc.
* Complies with safety rules and regulations (wear proper safety attire required by office personnel)
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
* Environment is typically general office
* Incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environment with exposure including, but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
* Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions of the time.

* Associate Degree in relevant field preferred.
* 5+ years experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role in manufacturing, preferably in the print/paper industry.
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting; collaborate to resolve problems effectively and drive results/meet expectations.
* Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook; Oracle (JD Edwards); AS400 .
* Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
* Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task; organization and time-management skills are required.
* Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a high sense of customer service.
* Ability to understand customer needs; enthusiastic; transparent; refined; articulate .
* Must exhibit attention to detail and accuracy; strong use of initiative and tact.
