FLAG is hiring Dairy Manufacture Maintenance Mechanics for a company with a long standing history of quality and service in the dairy industry locate in Pico Rivera.
This is a milk production plant-processing & packaging dairy & non-dairy beverages.

* Ability to effectively troubleshoot an diagnose equipment failures of breakdowns
* Ability to perform electrical trouble shooting and installations
* Perform PMs, Rebuilds and overhauls based on maintenance plan
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals and P&IDs
* Ability to perform welding (TIG, Stick, Sanitary) and fabrication
* HVAC and plumbing
* Basic knowledge on PLC controls
* Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines (see the list at the bottom for our major equipment)
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in bakery /food manufacturing or similar industry.

Silo and flour distribution system, Dust collectors, Powder packers, palletizers, blenders, Fanuc Robot, Sugar mill, inkjet coders, metal detectors, steam kettles, Liquid fillers, Boilers, air compressors, etc.
