We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced *Journeyman Skilled Handyman/maintenance technician* to join our team.
This position will work closely with our construction team and will provide premium maintenance solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, concrete and general handyman repair and installation.
This position will work out of our Diamond Bar office and will travel to the properties and clients that we work with in the surrounding area.
A company van will be provided for travel to the work site.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* General repair/handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.
)
* Project Managing vendors and subcontractors
* able to read blueprint and follow plans
* Attention to detail
* Self Starter
* Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining quality of work
* Proficient at use of tools in associated trade
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Must have valid CA Driver’s license and a *Clean Driving Record*
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a handyman
* Must own and maintain your own set of tools
* Willing to drive to multiple locations to complete work orders
* Customer service oriented
* Problem Solving Skills
* Proficient in English (both oral and written)
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* High school or equivalent required
* Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
* Industry certificates a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract
