General Labor Technician
Southern California
This position is responsible for assisting with the general labor assistance on a variety of projects, including cleaning, demolition and site cleanup relating to water, fire, smoke and mold jobs.
General Labor Technicians provide exceptional customer service, labor, demolition, job cleanup and completion of detailed job records.
General Labor Technician Responsibilities:
· Drive to job sites and follow direction of PM
· Demolition
· Moving restoration equipment in and out of job sites
· Onsite cleaning & disinfection of businesses
· Execute all paperwork
General Labor Technician Qualifications:
· Light Cleaning Experience
· Ability to communicate both verbally & written
· Experience in the Restoration Industry a plus
· Ability to follow direction
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
General Laborer Benefits include:
· Hourly wage $16/hr.
to $20/hr.
based upon experience
