” About the Role: This dynamic role is your chance to translate vision into reality, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to bring new restaurants and renovations to life.
You'll navigate projects from conception to completion, collaborating with professionals, clients, and team members to ensure seamless execution and alignment with our business goals.
Expect regular site visits, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach to excellence.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage budgets consistent with timeline requirements for new restaurant openings and renovations Manage and monitor project schedules within budget guidelines, progress, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and effectively Oversee and maintain relationships with external professionals and consultants Prepare, communicate, and educate client groups and teams on changes in policies and practices within the organization Plan and manage construction processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
Work with other departments to improve processes and tools in support of new store openings, renovations, and maintenance General Duties: Review and approve construction-related invoices for payment Review and approve change orders through alignment with project stakeholders Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time Visit job sites regularly to perform due diligence and monitor quality.
Address concerns and maintain consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues Support team building + culture building initiatives within the development team and corporate peers Support development efforts by working closely with other departments to determine more effective processes and tools Job Requirements: Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects 5+ years of experience in a role delivering concurrent projects in a high-end hospitality or restaurant environment 5+ years of experience in a role performing financial analysis, budgeting, and planning for construction projects Education: Bachelor's degree, with emphasis on Construction Project Management Ability to travel (30%-50%) Computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication High energy with a positive attitude and is a team player General Competencies: Customer/client orientation.
