Pierre Landscape is looking for an Operations Administrator to assist with the daily operations of production processes .
This position is responsible for following up on daily compliance of the company’s productions operations.
The main goal for this position is to work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Assistants to ensure the Production processes are being followed.
Responsibilities:
Ensure Production SOPs are being followed and the department is running efficiently.
Oversee Operations manual and ensure all processes and policies are up to date.
Review and confirm Project Assistants and Project Engineers are completing their Daily Check-In in Procore with their Foremen.
Review and confirm Procore Calendars are completed by the Project Managers on a weekly basis.
Review and confirm Project Assistants and Project Engineers are uploading Hours to Complete reports into Procore weekly.
Distribute job labor summary and equipment summary reports to Project Managers and Project Engineers/Project Assistants.
Assist Production department with administrative duties as needed.
Assist in labor scheduling tasks and responsibilities.
Make sure Production Field Staff are following policies and procedures.
Onboarding and training new Production Team staff.
Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for Production Department with President/COO.
Support the President/COO in directing and coordinating of all PMs to ensure projects are coming in on time and on budget.
Advise President/COO and make recommendations with respect to all aspects of projects as required.
Make changes to processes as needed.
Help promote culture that encourages top performance and high morale in the Production Department.
Position must operate as a Project Assistant as needed
building effective working relationships with clients and all Pierre team members and leading by example to create mutual respect between the employees

Pay is $60,000 to $65,000 annually based on having all the right skills, values, and experience in a similar role.
