_ *Position Summary: *_*(Experienced Signage Project Manager preferred)*_ The Project Manager is responsible for planning and schedule management, risk and scope management, issue escalation and resolution strategies, contingency planning, and project control strategies for the signage division.
Manage all stake holders’ interests, needs, and concerns through project life cycle and ensure project is completed within established parameters.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Liaise between customer and Fluoresco Services, setting / adjusting customer expectations and maintaining customer contact throughout the project.
· Assess project risk in key areas (budget, schedule, quality, and cost) throughout the project.
Communicate risks to manager and coordinate mitigation activities.
· Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Negotiate and track changes to project scope and targets as necessary.
Ability to exhibit leadership in situations without formal authority.
· Prepare, execute, and monitor drawing revisions and obtain customer approval on all changes.
· Prepare all project documents for permitting and submit to local jurisdiction per their specific requirements.
· Maintain project schedule, monitor progress against the schedule, and guide project decision-making to adhere to schedule targets.
Keep customer updated during the entire schedule.
· Gather and review proposal estimates for new jobs.
· Perform on-site surveys to understand job specifications as well as on qualified new projects.
· Create and submit work orders specifying customer quantity and quality requirements ensuring consistent down-flow of information.
· Track all project costs to ensure appropriate invoicing to customer.
· Initiate and execute change orders as required.
· Prepare all project documentation for the installation team.
· Other duties as required in support of the department and company.

*Educational Requirements / Experience:* · Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
· Minimum three to five (3-5) years of signage industry project management experience or comparable years of experience in the construction trade.
Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understand, speak, read, and write in English language.
· Strong project management skills, detail oriented, exemplary written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation skills, master at time management and ability to multi-task.
· Ability to communicate and develop positive relationships in a multi-cultural setting.
· Ability to establish credibility with employees, vendors, and customers.
· Proficiency with MS Office suite and various MRP.
· Ability to read and understand engineering analysis and calculations is strongly preferred.
· Have strong ability to build successful relationships with clients.
· Able to plan and organize workflow, following established processes to get the work done.
Ability to help others and solve problems individually or in a team environment.
· General knowledge of basic blueprint reading.
· Strong competency in communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
