Maintenance Mechanic

*Onecruit is currently hiring:* *Maintenance Mechanic* * 2nd shift from *3:30pm to 12am Monday through Friday*.
* We need someone with min of 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment.
* Pay rate can range from *$20 - $26 per hour* depending on experience in which can be discussed during the interview.

*Job Description:* Repair, install, adjust of manufacturing equipment such as Converting, Slitters, ABM Machines and Pipeline Distribution Systems using the needed tools (standard & metric) and be able to operate Forklift, Chain hoist and welding.
*Main Duties:* * Conduct Preventive Maintenance and Lubrication on Machinery and record and maintain maintenance on log book.
* Record parts and materials used, place requisition for new parts and materials as necessary.
* Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
* Repair and trouble shoot manufacturing equipment in all facets, provide operational up time.
* Maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
* Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.
* Study blueprints and MFG manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery * Demonstrate equipment functions and features to Machine Operators.
* Enter codes and instructions to program computer- controlled machinery.
*Knowledge:* * PLC Troubleshooting * Basic Hydraulics * Basic Industrial Writing Including power circuits and control circuits.
