Machine Operator/Material Handler

*Job Summary:* We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for setup, operating and maintaining various types of press machines to produce high-quality products.
Previous experience in a metal manufacturing environment is very helpful, although we will train you! *Responsibilities:* - Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly.
Machines such as benders, roll formers, press brake machines.
- Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments, particularly using a tape measure.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:* - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable Transportation - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operating press brake machines with setup experience.
- Strong Mathematical Skills ; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - must be able to use a tape measure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
