$850/month, including WiFi and utility.
No laundry on site.

Lease period: minimum 2 months, after that it’s month to month.
To reserve the room, the first and last month's rent is required.
Security/damage deposit (due upon move-in): $300 and will be returned when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.
