Associate Attorney - WCAB

Qualifications: cover depositions, WCAB hearings, review AME/QME reports to determine strategic next steps, and more.
Since you will be taking and defending all levels of depositions (witnesses, parties, experts) we are seeking someone who has a pleasant demeanor yet negotiates like a shark! Professional correspondence is a must.
The position will not require case law research or motion/memo writing.
Prior experience is not necessary.
We are looking for the right candidate who is willing to learn and make a difference.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $77,656.
