First Commercial Bank (USA) is the wholly owned subsidiary of First Commercial Bank in Taipei, one of the premier commercial banks in Taiwan.

We are currently looking for an Operations Administrative Officer.
SUMMARY Assisting Operations Administrator in formulation, implementation, and coordination of operations policies, procedures, and activities within the Bank.
Provide training in assisting implementation of operations policies and procedures.
Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.
DUTIES * Manage the Internet Banking and Cash Management system.
* Assist branches to resolve operations issue and all other problems.
* Updating the bank signatures specimens for internal and external use.
* Certified all branches monthly certification and standardize all certification forms.
* Manage swift exchange keys with correspondent banks.
* Generate test keys with FCB Phnom Penh Branch and Taipei Branch.
* Assist BSA Officer * Back up Operations Administration Assistant.
* Prepare management report.
* Back up Operations Administrator.
* Train branches as needed.
* Assist to review and update policies and procedures related to operations.
* Accept other duties including special projects as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS *Education:* College degree in related discipline preferred, but not required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Operations with 1 or 2 years of supervisory experience.
*Skill/Ability:* Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of branch service functions.
Thorough knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
Analytical, research, and planning skills with good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
