Immigration Attorney

is seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters.
As an Immigration Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, contribute to the success of our clients, and grow within a collaborative and supportive legal environment.
*Responsibilities:* * *Client Representation:* * Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters, including but not limited to family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, and deportation defense.
* *Case Management:* * Manage a diverse caseload and ensure the timely and effective handling of cases.
* Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and file applications with government agencies.
* *Client Communication:* * Communicate with clients to understand their immigration goals and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
* Provide clear and concise explanations of legal options and potential outcomes.
* *Legal Compliance:* * Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each case.
* *Collaboration:* * Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to achieve efficient case management.
* Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on complex cases and legal strategies.
*Qualifications:* * Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in California.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law.
* Strong knowledge of U.
S.
immigration laws and procedures.
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
