Summary of Job Description:
The Legal Asset Management Non-Traditional, New Concepts (LANN) Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support to the LANN team, such as scanning and distributing documents, distributing mail, coordinating the execution and notarization of legal documents, creating/preparing reports and entering and maintaining the database.
This position also helps Legal Asset Management improve its administrative processes and reduce administrative costs.
You’ll get a chance to:
Log and scan into DocuWare and then distribute documents received via FedEx, certified mail, USPS, and priority mail.
Edit, order, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Scan files, fill out shipping labels, and send out fully-executed documents on a timely basis.
Review, prepare, and coordinate execution and notarization of legal documents on a timely manner
Sets up new license, non-traditional, and new concept stores on AMT and uploads documents to AMT.
Prepare lease term sheets for renewals in a timely and accurate manner and updates databases in accordance with the renewals.
Provide support on data entry to various databases as requested by the LANN team members.
Help Legal Asset Management improve its administrative processes and reduce administrative costs.
Perform miscellaneous administrative work as requested.

Your background & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum one year of work experience
Preparing for paralegal certification preferred
Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine.
Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
