Workers' Compensation Paralegal

*PARALEGAL* Growing Applicant Attorney's office looking for full-time experienced bilingual Paralegal with no less than 1 year of Workers' Compensation experience and a working knowledge of the requirements for e-filing legal documents via EAMS.
*Paralegal Responsibilities:* Have a working knowledge of EAMS, AME/PQME process, Utilization Review, IMR Administrative support for Attorney, Hearing Representative and customer service to our clients Monitor, oversee and manage Workers' Compensation cases and files from Intake to settlement stage Scheduling PQME & AME doctor appointments Drafting objections, advocacy letters, searching MPN's, amending applications , file & serve preparing documents and exhibits for Trials.
