With my knowledge and training methods, I help my clients get desired results; be it weight-loss, gaining muscle or just staying toned.
I work with you on your fitness/health goals, taking into consideration your lifestyle and physical abilities.
I train people of all ages, men and women , even teenagers trying to gain better physique and health.
Personal Training Sessions:
My training sessions are resistance-based with high volume and medium intensity.
I will help you increase strength, lose your belly fat, love handles, increase lean muscle and overall cardio conditioning of your body.
I track your progress on my app customized for your age, gender and body type.
I guide you not only on training but also on diet & healthy nutrition as well.
My sessions are customized 1-hour workout sessions at your home or gym.
I bring the training equipment to your house.
My Clients:
I train men, women, teenagers.
Whether you're a beginner or a moderately active person, I promise I have a workout to take you out of your comfort zone.
Based on your health goals, I create a personalized, track workout plan just for you
Where
At your home/ gym, my gym or in nearby park .
I come to you and bring my own equipment if you don't have gym membership.
If you are far, I can also train you over video call, and that could save you money.
Rates:
In person sessions are $70, or if you buy a pack of 10 sessions upfront, its $65 each.
If you like to have virtual video call for training, it would be $50 per session.
So don't overthink and just act.
