For sale is a gently used Lenovo ThinkPad 14" T460 Laptop bundle in very good condition for sale by the original owner since brand new.
The machine still works great.
I am only selling it because I upgraded to a newer TP and do not have a use for this, so it needs to go to a new home.
Cosmetically I would rate it as being in very good condition with standard wear and tear on the top lid as shown in the pictures from regular use (has scratches), but significant scratches, dents, scrapes, broken parts, or any other cosmetic issues to note on the rest of the machine.
Functionally (aside from battery) the machine is perfect.
Everything works.
All ports work without issue.
The display has zero defective pixels.
The battery setup on these is 3 cell internal + 3 cell external.
Both are the original batteries, have lots of wear, and have not been replaced.
There is visible swelling/cracking on the external battery, and both batteries will need to be replaced due to age.
The external battery takes less than 30 seconds to swap out.
Opening the machine to access the internal battery is not difficult with a standard screwdriver.
It takes about 10 minutes.
I can show the buyer how to do it, or you can google it.
When unplugged from power, the machine still holds charge for a while as-is, even with the external battery removed.
Replacement batteries can be readily found at reasonable prices on sites like eBay.
The external battery on this machine is model # 68 for the 3 cell.
The buyer is more than welcome to test it to your satisfaction at a local coffee shop in South Pasadena and ensure that everything works prior to buying.
