Home Health Aide - Elder care (West Covina)

We are looking for someone to spend time with our father a few hours per day, most days of the week.
He doesn't drive anymore and goes to the park and walks during the day.
He uses a walker, so it isn't a fast pace.
He is a kind and gentle man who has traveled widely.
He has a friend who spends time with him the mornings, so we’re looking mostly for evenings and the occasional afternoon (sometimes he has medical appointments and needs someone to drive.
) The schedule has some flexibility and we can discuss.
He needs help with light cleaning, planning for shopping, cooking/meal prep, and managing both medications and sleep schedule.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nursing student.
You’ll be reviewing his activity and working with us to manage his schedule and diet.
You’ll work directly with him, and there will also be time and space to study.
You'll need a driver license and a clean driving record.
He has a car that can be used for driving him around.
