Looking for help organizing and cleaning (Pasadena)

Hello, thanks for considering my ad.
I have some chronic pain and fatigue issues and I'd like some help cleaning and organizing.
This would involve maybe 9 hours in December and could turn into an ongoing situation of hiring you twice a month for 3 hours each time.
The job is organizing, involving mostly light lifting with the occasional medium lift, and some cleaning.
I would provide the cleaning solutions and brushes, etc.
I try to avoid most things with harsh chemicals.
The pay is $18/hour by cash, Venmo, Paypal, or however you'd like to be paid.
I live in an apartment in Pasadena with two roommates, a woman and another man.
And a small dog.
We are all very friendly (including the dog).
The cleaning would mostly focus on my bedroom and bathroom, as well as possibly my car and a couple of storage areas such as my balcony and the garage.
We would be working together for much of the time so it would be nice if you have good conversational English.
I love meeting new people.
It's important that you live within 20 minutes of Pasadena.
If you live much further it would require too much of your time and gas money to be worth it.
