Customer Service Representative

Wholesale Fashion Jewelry and accessories company is seeking a Customer Service representative.
The ideal candidate must be people-friendly, high-energy, very outgoing, and able to interact with customers in person and over the phone.
Requirements: * Outgoing / bubbly * Computer savvy, fast-paced, * Google Sheet / Google Docs * Able to make calls to buyers & follow up on projects - must not be not shy * Able to follow instructions * Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
* Experience in customer service or retail / wholesale sales is a big plus.
* Knowledge of Fashion design, Jewelry and pop culture is very helpful, Up-to-date on current fashion trends is preferred, but not required.
Duties: * Answering incoming calls * Contact buyers via phone or email * Assist customers with inquiries * Completing orders/jobs * Follow up on customer leads through calls / emails.
Office hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Location: S El Monte, CA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
50 - $19.
