Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant with a dining room capacity of 400+ guests.
Known for signature salad and cheese bread, plus huge portions of steak, seafood, and sandwiches.
Old School Steak House is seeking a line cook.
Must have at least 1-year experience in a high-paced restaurant environment.
Job Details: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Typical start time: 4 PM during the week, 3 PM on weekends.
Job Duties: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
All other assigned duties.
