The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 18 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Houston Texas.
We are growing fast, with plans to open 3-4 new locations per year.

All you need is your smile and a great attitude and we’ll teach you the rest We’re Looking for Cashiers that have the following Qualification: Outgoing personalities Friendly positive attitudes Passion for great food and customer service Ability to work well with others An overwhelming desire to go above and beyond to provide a great guest experience Things you can expect to do while working as a cashier Greeting guests Taking orders at the register Promoting our Stand App so our guests can get rewards Cashiering Running orders to guests Keeping the restaurant clean and organized Baking cookies and brownies Portioning sauces and our amazing pickles Following all cash management and cash register policies and ensuring proper cash management practices are followed Effective communication skills, both oral and written Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Following recipes and presentation specifications Ability to use restaurant tools and equipment Cleaning and maintaining restaurants by practicing good safety and sanitation * Must be 21 years of age or older Working Conditions Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
