The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 18 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Houston Texas.
We are growing fast, with plans to open 3-4 new locations per year.

We're excited about our growth, and even more excited at the possibility of you joining our team! Qualifications Ability to create a fun and welcoming environment at the bar, serving food in the bar area, and preparing flavorful and satisfying beverages for all guests.
Must be of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Passion for great food, drinks, and customer service.
Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
One year of previous bartending experience.
Responsibilities Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest by greeting and creating an engaging experience.
Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members Enter and charge all bar orders through POS.
Promote our Stand App.
Beverage preparation for the bar and dining room Present food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
Bar inventory management.
Inform guests of specials and/or promotions (food and beverage), answer questions pertaining to the menus, and be prepared to make suggestions to enhance the guest’s dining experience.
Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Wash and sterilize glassware and prepare garnishes for drinks Follow all cash management and cash register policies, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Prepare cocktail items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Clean, organize, and maintain the bar area by practicing good safety and sanitation.

Working Conditions Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals Exposure to varying temperatures, including freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning and outdoor/patio conditions Schedule Full-time and part-time hours available Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays Compensation $15.
