As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children ranging from infants to school age
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational games
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and toys
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues with positive behavior management techniques
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise
Skills:
- Experience in infant care
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children
- Excellent caregiving skills with the ability to meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Previous experience as a nanny or in a classroom setting is a plus
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level
