org Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners - Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to school policies and procedures Experience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Ability to create engaging learning experiences that promote literacy, math, and other key areas of development - Experience in early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues If you are passionate about educating young children and have the necessary experience, we would love to hear from you.
