Child Care Assistant

Our work environment includes: * Assisting children with learning activiting * Food provided * Arts& Crafts * Assisting children in potty training * Flexible working hours Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians - Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times - Assist with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and toileting - Foster positive social interactions among children - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment Requirements: - Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or related field - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Classroom management skills to effectively engage and guide children - Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus - Ability to work well with diverse groups of children and families - Valid first aid certification is preferred - Strong behavior management skills to address challenging behaviors - Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood education principles - Familiarity with preschool curriculum and activities We are looking for a dedicated Childcare Provider who is passionate about working with children.
