Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification

Pay: $17.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
