Staffing Agency seeks Sales Person (Upland)

Fastemps is seeking a sales person for our Upland location.
Pay is $22-25 per hour plus commission Duties: - Daily door knocking to new business on daily basis to gain new sales in the Inland Empire.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients - Provide sales support and product knowledge to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Experience: - Proven experience in business development, account management, or outside sales - Strong sales skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
