We are seeking a sales associate who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, is punctual, and has a positive work spirit.
Sales ability, good verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of data entry on a computer are essential.

You should be able to work on weekend days.
We are open for business seven days a week.
Our business hours are 9 AM through 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Strong ability to professionally handle telephone inquiries and walk-in sales.
• Provide courteous customer service, including assisting a customer in selecting a storage unit size, explaining lease terms, and informing customers of our rules and regulations.
• Posting payments received into our property management program and assisting customers in keeping their accounts current.
We are an “Auto Pay” company.
Most financial transactions are performed through our website (online bill pay) or through automatic software processes.
However, sometimes cash or check handling is required.
• Perform light janitorial work to keep our property clean and secure.
Assist in performing daily lock and safety checks.

Compensation: $17 to $22/hour depending on experience and ability.
We offer paid vacation and sick days, some paid holidays, and an opportunity to share in monthly store bonuses after a 30-day introductory period.
