Your Blueprint Credit Repair & Services has an exciting opportunity for a 1099 Sales Representative with experience on SALES/CLOSER.

We create a blueprint for each of our clients, focusing on educating each client on their individual credit needs to maintain the credit score they've always dreamed of.

This career is for people that can handle complex calls, are detail oriented and have a desire to go home each day knowing that they've helped our clients on their credit journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls from our clients, assisting with their credit questions and needs.
Contact New and existing Affiliates to generate more Leads.
Providing a complete analysis of a client's credit profile and credit score while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Connecting with clients and providing updates
Assist Credit Repair Specialist in preparing for appointments and presentations
Attend and assist in coordinating company events
Leading projects to improve credit operational efficiency while working in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual a plus (Spanish & English preferred)
3+ years in SALES
3+ years of customer service.
Amazing Costumer Service is a must.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common web browser applications.
Credit Repair Software experience is a PLUS but not a must
Ability to both follow standard operating procedures as well as think laterally with a solution-based approach.
Demonstrated ability to work within various technology platforms (email, websites, and social media, etc…)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to create and maintain a respectful, controlled, and open learning environment.
Pass a background check and drug screen

Average yearly earnings $55,000 to $150,000 based on current employees.
