Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to enroll qualified consumers in the Lifeline/ACP Program.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include: Work outside and have fun enrolling qualified consumers in the Lifeline/ACP Program, while providing exceptional customer service.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the program's benefits and effectively communicating them to potential customers.
Maintaining a high level of motivation and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Utilizing good communication and customer service skills to build rapport with customers and address their questions or concerns.
Desired Qualifications: Ability to pass a criminal background check as required for program compliance.
Reliable transportation to travel within the designated area.
Possession of a tablet or smart device with internet access.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous cellular experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual skills (English and [additional language]) are a plus, but not required.
