Join our fashion technology company in Alhambra, CA, as a Client Service Representative! We are looking for a super positive, energetic individual with a passion to engage and form relationships with Clients, and someone who loves to embrace the latest technology.
This part-time position is ideal for parents seeking work that aligns with school hours.
**Responsibilities:**
- Make phone or video calls to welcome new clients.
- Scheduleand conduct one-on-one or multi-client training calls.
- Send follow-up emails and texts.
**Requirements:**
- Super positive and energetic personality, with a love to engage with Clients.
- Willingness to learn new technology.
- Comfortable using mobile phones and enthusiastic about mobile technology.
- Comfortable in front of the camera to support and train Clients with provided training materials.
**Work Hours:**
- 9 AM to 2 PM, with flexibility depending on needs.
**Location:**
- Alhambra, CA (in-office position).
**Pay:**
- $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
