Are you looking for a great contract as a Medicare Advantage Sales Agent?
We are looking for a competitive insurance agent to generate new business handling Warm Live Transfers.
You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate $0 Monthly Premium Medicare Advantage Insurance plans and ACA Marketplace Health Insurance Plans to the leads that we provide you.
The goal is to enroll at least 2 Medicare Advantage sales per day and build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.
Each day, our licensed agents receive Warm Live Transfers and enroll between 2 - 6 Medicare Advantage policies telephonically.
For each Medicare Advantage policy you submit, you will be rewarded with a submission bonus.
Some agents earn over $10,000 per month depending on how many enrollments submitted for that month! Your base rate starting pay is $20 per hour.
Hours are Mon - Fri 7AM - 4PM Pacific Time.
You must consent to a background check and we can only accept individuals with a perfectly clean record.
Do not apply if you have a prior misdemeanor or felony.
Communication skills are important in this position.
You also must be a hard worker and extremely organized.
Responsibilities
You will be focused on selling insurance over the phone by taking Warm Inbound Phone Leads in our call center.
Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria using our best in class quoting software
Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plans solutions that work with their doctors, hospitals, and medications.
You will work with most major insurance carriers and be able to sell Medicare Advantage, ACA Health Marketplace, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans.
Report the progress of daily/weekly progress to supervisors
Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Fulfill all policy requirements
